Introduction of our main product optical dome

Our optical domes are widely used in solar energy measuring instrument, underwater camera and high-pressure window of submersible. It provides long-term protection for measuring instruments in natural and exposed environment. The stability of our material protects the instruments from erosion of natural environment. It can also work at depth of 5000m under the water. Because of the stability of dome, it can greatly protect the proper functioning of underwater camera and provide high light transmittance with a 180° field of view, which is one of the most important elements for deep-sea detection.

Our processing range

As for a dome with diameter less than 50mm, the concentricity is within 0.02mm. We are also developing dome with concentricity less than 0.01mm.

Dome lens is also a kind of special meniscus lens, whose concentricity can’t be corrected by edging. Its production is also a combination of accurate production equipment and perfect coordination of radius and center thickness. We consummate our process through mass production.Only under perfect situation can we manufacture high- precision dome lens.
