Plano Convex Lenses with one flat surface and one convex surface. They have a positive focal length and are used to converge or focus incoming light. They are best for infinite conjugate

systems. They can be used in many different optical systems such as magnifiers, telescopes, collimators, condensers and imaging instruments. For best optical performance, the convex

side should always face the incident light.

CLZ Optical manufacturing lenses capabilities from 10 mm to over 250 mm in Diameter.

Plano Concave Lenses have one flat surface and one concave surface. They have a negative focal length and are used to diverge incoming light, or to increase focal length in an existing

optical system. They can be used in beam expansion, light projection, or for expanding an optical system’s focal length, and ideal for use in a range of applications or industries.

Bi convex lenses also known as Double-Convex Lenses, bi-convex lenses have an identical curvature on both sides of the lenses, they have positive focal lengths and used to focus

incoming light, image relay applications, or for imaging objects at close conjugates, and ideal for use in a range of applications or industries.

Achromatic Lenses are used to minimize or eliminate chromatic aberration. The achromatic design also helps minimize spherical aberrations. An acromat lens is ideal for a range of

applications, including fluorescence microscopy, imaging systems, inspection, or spectroscopy. An Achromatic Lens, which is often designed by either cementing two elements together,

creates smaller spot sizes than comparable singlet lenses.  CLZ's achromats are available in a wide variety of anti-reflection coatings and stringent tolerances.
